Prayer
Why?
Because we believe that prayer is fundamental to our faith, our worship, and our community at Trinity.
What?
We come together and pray for the various concerns that have been brought to us that week. We first pray specifically for Trinity - including any meetings that are taking place, any special activities, for Mike and Angie, and that we at Trinity may learn to listen to, and be ready to embrace, God's vision for us. We then pray for those who are in particular need and lastly we pray any specific community issues, which may be local, national or international.
Who?
There is a regular group (both men and women!) who try to be there each week, while others drop in occasionally when they can, or perhaps to pray for a particular issue.
What else?
Please continue to give any prayer requests to Angie, one of the pastoral ministry team, one of the stewards (or you can leave a message in the 'prayer' pigeon hole). Do use the prayer board (you can't miss it when you walk through to the main corridor from the east entrance) - either to put prayer requests on it or to use it for your own prayers.
If you would like to pray with us, come and join us on Friday mornings in the music room.
